Hong Mould provides service of part design, prototype making, mold design, mold production, mass production and assembly service in house. We are cooperating with many clients all over the world and have a deep understanding of the mold industry, our experience range from simple design to challenging technical parts.

Our Margin Rate is fixed to be 20% of the cost price. Quotation List will be provided along with breakout List of Cost, including labor, steel and others.

-Mold delivery,
We can provide our customer with these files: mold operation instructions, testing report and recommended parameters, certificate of steel purchase and heat-treatment QC report, mold maintenance recommendation, complete mold drawings, spare wearing parts, mold production record and so on, which can facilitate mold maintenance to ensure smooth production.

In our plastic injection factory we do production for our clients who see the benefits of outsourcing some of their production. We offer one stop service for molding, producing, packing and shipping.	In our die casting factory we do production for our clients who see the benefits of outsourcing some of their production. We offer one stop service for casting, machining, surface treatment, packing and shipping.	Due to our clients requests we have set up assembly lines to cover their needs to lower the costs in a competitive market.	HONG MOULD produces parts that require UV resistance, heat resistance,flexibility, stiffness and strength reinforcement. We also produce rubber- and plastic-molded productsin various colors to meet client needs.

Our company was established in 2006, who specializes in manufacturing and supplying of various plastic injection molds & die casting molds (AL & Zinc), OEM & ODM for mechanical parts and finished products assembly.
